This year, we generally do research and development of new products based on market changes. This year is mainly done in this area.

JC35: We know that Omar has always attached great importance to the quality and technical content of its products. During the production process, it also uses a large number of advanced production testing equipment from the United States, Germany, and Japan. What are the company's main products? Wei: In our company, Ningbo is a manufacturer specializing in the manufacture of inclined guide rails. We have also been working for more than 10 years. JC35: What are the advantages and features of this product behind us? Can you tell us more about our users?

Wei: Yes. The machine behind this machine is a model of automatic feeding and automatic feeding produced by ourselves. At present, this product means that for many companies, it can reduce labor, improve product efficiency, reduce product loss due to cutting, and reduce processes. Wei: After-sales service, our company has always taken it as a very important piece. Our after-sales service, in addition to after-sales service, such as the use of equipment is faulty, we need to go beyond the maintenance, in the early period to give him real service, when the customer did not ask questions, we all take the initiative to carry out after-sales return visit, this is We have done more in the past few years. In the earlier period, the customer had not thought that we would help him solve the problem. This is what we are going to do. For example, if the customer did not use the machine maintenance after seven or eight years or six or seven years, we would take the initiative to help him solve the problem before he even proposed it. All of this is in the details. There are no real problems with the use of machine tools. Generally, there are some minor problems. The customer's maintenance and maintenance have not been done properly. How can we assist him in handling this piece of work to him, so as not to cause problems in the later period. This is a service we promote. Another service is that we provide technical services because our manufacturers are in Ningbo.
