Pumps lubricated with oil should be changed once per month; lubricated with butter every six months. It should be noted that calcium-based greases for pumps and sodium-based greases for electric motors should not be used to make mistakes. Due to the hydrophilic nature of the sodium grease, water will emulsify into a foam to dissipate on the water pump, while the calcium-based grease is afraid of high temperature, used in the motor, easy to change after the temperature rises.

Can not pump too much water, so as to avoid premature wear of the impeller, mouth ring and shaft, but also to prevent water shortages. Water shortage operation will damage the water seal, and it is prone to leakage of the water pump or even no water. After the drainage and irrigation season is over, the water pump must be carefully cleaned and inspected, and parts that are damaged or deformed and cannot be used should be promptly repaired or replaced.
