A: Pay attention to the following points when maintaining the drying box:
(1) The temperature inside the box must be monitored frequently. Once the temperature control fails, the power should be checked in time.
(2) The average load of the sample shelf is 15kg. When placing the sample, do not over-tight or overweight. The sample cannot be placed on the bottom plate of the studio, so as not to affect the air convection in the working chamber, resulting in uneven indoor temperature.
(3) It is forbidden to bake volatile materials that are flammable, explosive, and polluting to avoid explosion and contamination of samples.
(4) The drying box should be kept clean at all times. The door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. Do not use a reactive chemical solvent to avoid chemical reaction and scratching the glass.
(5) When the drying box is not used for a long time, the items in the working room should be taken out and wiped clean to keep the equipment dry.
