It is reported that the second institute of aniline planting will use the world's most advanced adiabatic nitration process design, compared with the traditional isothermal nitration process, with high safety, small size, low energy consumption, stable operation, easy control, online time Long and so on. The second hospital adopted the 150,000-ton/year aniline production device designed by Tianji Group for this process. It was successfully launched in September 2005. It is currently the largest unit in operation in China. The aniline plant jointly built by the Second Hospital and Ningbo Wanhua will become the largest aniline production facility in China.
According to statistics, 80% of aniline is used in the production of MDI. After the reconstruction of the Ningbo Wanhua MDI plant and the completion of the second-stage MDI plant, together with the Yantai Wanhua MDI plant, the annual production capacity will reach 600,000 tons, and aniline will require 460,000 tons per year. The construction of the aniline device will effectively relieve the pressure on the aniline raw materials needed to produce MDI.
