The FAW Jiefang Xichai Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is a discrete intelligent manufacturing pilot. Since it was put into production in 2012, the Heavy Machinery Department of FAW Jiefang Xichai has been building an internationally leading heavy-duty diesel engine base. Now, on average, a heavy-duty diesel engine is produced every 120 seconds, and the efficiency is high in the country.

In the workshop of FAW Xichai, there are all kinds of smart equipment and intelligent products. Like the strange nut in the figure, it is a mystery. It can record up to a dozen items of product information, which can be read by the sensor. This small nut can connect the whole plant's intelligent equipment in series.

The engine is the heart of the car, and its manufacturing requires many steps. Each step can affect the quality of the final product. The traditional manufacturing process adopts a manpower registration paper labeling method, which is simple and time-consuming. Now, a digital nut can record 2 kilobytes of information. Not only is the data more accurate, but it can also continuously record the entire production process and greatly increase manufacturing efficiency.

Above the workshop, you can also see such a large screen for total control of the production line. The above uses a variety of color blocks to indicate the status of each equipment in the production line, and the business managers can say that the production status of the entire production line is clear at a glance.
