Centrifuge is an instrument that separates samples, and can be widely used in medical, biological, agricultural and other instruments, and can be divided into high-speed centrifuges, refrigerated centrifuges, ultra-high-speed centrifuges. At present, laboratories often use electric centrifuges to rapidly rotate electric centrifuges, and they must pay attention to safety. In particular, during the operation of centrifuges, it is necessary to prevent centrifuges from moving while they are working due to imbalance or aging of the test tubes. When the table falls off or the lid is not covered and the centrifuge tube breaks due to vibration, the glass fragments fly out and cause an accident. Therefore when using a centrifuge, the following actions must be taken into account.
(1) The bottom of the centrifuge tube should be filled with cotton or test tube pad.
(2) If there is noise or vibration of the body in the electric centrifuge, the power should be cut off immediately to eliminate the malfunction immediately.
(3) Centrifuge tubes must be placed symmetrically in the casing to prevent vibration of the fuselage. If only one sample tube is to be replaced with another mass of water.
(4) When starting the centrifuge, the top cover of the centrifuge should be covered before it can be started slowly.
(5) After the separation is completed, close the centrifuge first. After the centrifuge stops rotating, open the centrifuge cover and take out the sample. Do not force it to stop using external force.
(6) Centrifugation time is usually 1 to 2 minutes. During this period, the experimenter must not leave to do anything else.
Granulation Equipment:

2. Output, size and shape
2.1 Small size and irregular shape: min.output is 200 kgs/h and max. is 4500 kgs/h, granules size is on request.
2.2 Big size and oval shape: min. output is 3,000 kgs/h and max. is 12,000 kgs/h, pellet size is on request.
Please note that size is bigger, output is higher.
3. Granulating theory
Two rollers rotate in reverse, materials between rollers are extruded. They are not smooth surface rollers.
By using the crystallization water in the materials, the equipment can directly make the powder materials into the grains. It is a kind of new equipment. The structure is rational. The machine is stable and reliable in the performance and easy in maintenance.
The grains to be made can be used for pressed pills, instant soluble agent, capsule and etc. The machine is mainly used for the grain making in pharmacy, food, chemical and other industries and it is suitable for the grain making for which the wet method can not settle it.
