The Reactor is a comprehensive reaction vessel. According to the reactionof reactor`s function and structure, it operate automatically once it has been previously set up, important parameters such as temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, blowing, etc.) and reactant / product concentration were strictly controlled.
Reactors are widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, medicine, food and various research or experimental projects, It is used to complete hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, heating, mixing and constant temperature reaction.
The reaction kettle is composed of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft seal device, support and so on. The mixing form is generally anchor type, slurry type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type, etc. When the height of the stirring device is relatively large, multi-layer stirring blade can be used, or any selection can be made according to the requirements of the user. And a jacket is arranged outside the kettle wall, or a heat replacement surface is arranged inside the device, and the heat exchange can also be carried out through the external circulation. The heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, heat conduction oil circulating heating, far infrared heating, outer (inner) coil heating, etc. The cooling methods are jacket cooling and coil cooling in the kettle, and the form of stirring paddle, etc. The support seat has a support or ear support, etc. The speed is more than 160 RPM suitable for gear reducer. The number, specification or other requirements of opening can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
