Wood-based panel tester installation procedure

First, install the first-level components: Install the unloading, loading, starting lever, and damper bases of the manual panel testing machine, and then perform component assembly.

Second, when the buffer-level components are assembled with the buffer base, the buffer center line and the rack bar axis should be parallel in the same vertical plane to ensure that the rack bar of manual panel testing machine can be lifted flexibly. Smooth, no jamming phenomenon.

Third, adjust the buffer base of the manual wood-based panel tester so that the teeth on the rack rod mesh well with the gears, and ensure assembly requirements of 5 to 7 mm.

Fourth, the test: push-pull plus unloading handle, so that the gear rotates in the forward and reverse direction, drive the rack rod for reciprocating motion, so that the entire mechanism transmission is normal, no jamming phenomenon. After the adjustment is appropriate, a hinge pin hole is formed on the buffer base, the pin is driven, and lubrication is performed on the rotating and sliding parts of the manual panel testing machine.
