The Significance of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Tunnel Kiln Kilns

The "12th Five-Year Development Plan for the brick and tile industry" clearly points out the elimination of backward production capacity and technology. By 2015, it will eliminate over 100 billion clay solid bricks; it will resolutely ban high-energy small shaft kiln, small kiln, trench kiln, horseshoe kiln, and 24 kiln and kiln. Product energy saving is to meet the development needs of the modern construction industry and building energy-saving requirements. Actively develop and develop high-strength, high-porosity, high-quality sintered hollow bricks and hollow blocks, and achieve structural energy-saving and emission reduction by adjusting the product structure.

The use of ceramic fiber refractories for the insulation of flat ceilings in tunnel tunnel kiln with medium and large cross-section is a new technology that uses new types of refractories to insulate the kiln furnace so as to achieve kiln energy saving and improve the efficiency of kiln heat source utilization. It is in line with the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the "energy saving, emission reduction and technological innovation" of the brick and tile industry.
