[ Instrument network instrument research and development ] On August 11, the national key research and development plan for major natural disaster monitoring, early warning and prevention special "landslide and collapse disaster universal intelligent real-time monitoring and early warning instrument research and development" project kick-off meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting in Baoding, Hebei Province City held. An expert group composed of Lin Jun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Yin Yueping, deputy director of the Geological Disaster Emergency Technology Guidance Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, reviewed and demonstrated the project implementation plan.
Landslides and collapses in my country have a wide range of distribution, and the cause mechanisms of disasters are complex and diverse. They are hidden and sudden. It is urgent to improve the timeliness of monitoring and warning. At the same time, the current universal monitoring and early warning technology for landslides and collapses has shortcomings in intelligent perception, linkage monitoring, and collaborative early warning, and lacks professional equipment suitable for rapid deployment and rapid monitoring of sudden major disasters.
To this end, the "R&D of universal intelligent real-time monitoring and early warning instruments for landslide and collapse disasters" will focus on the universal, intelligent, and real-time requirements for landslide and collapse disaster monitoring and early warning, and plan to overcome low-power micro-electromechanical intelligent sensing and automatic precision. Adapt to the four key technologies of intelligent Beidou deformation monitoring, drone close photography and rapid deployment, intelligent interconnection and big data early warning, and develop 6 types of universal instruments including assembled multi-parameter intelligent monitoring and early warning instruments suitable for multiple scenarios. The high-level interconnected geological disaster monitoring and early warning IoT platform forms a comprehensive solution for linked monitoring and collaborative early warning, forming a new generation of "specialized group combined" monitoring and early warning mode.
The project is led by the Hydrogeological Environmental Geological Survey Center of the China Geological Survey of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and unites 9 domestic scientific research institutes, universities and well-known enterprises in the field of geological disasters. The team has 2 international research centers and 18 key laboratories (engineering centers) at or above the provincial and ministerial level. The close integration of "production, learning, research, and use" provides a solid guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
