The hot weather in summer and high temperatures are not conducive to the normal operation of motor vehicles. People are very prone to heat stroke at high temperatures, and cars are the same. Some system devices that use frequently or heavily load, such as air conditioning systems, lubrication systems, tires, etc., are prone to failure. Therefore, these faults must be eliminated in the bud.
First, prevent the body from overheating:
In summer, the ambient temperature is high and the engine is prone to overheating. Therefore, in the summer, the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system should be strengthened, including the water tank, thermostat, water pump, fan, etc., and the cooling water should be added in time. When the water temperature exceeds 100 °C, stop in the shade to cool down, let the engine idle, and open the hood to facilitate heat dissipation.
Second, anti-fuel gas resistance:
The higher the temperature, the faster the fuel evaporates and the easier it is to form a gas barrier in the oil circuit. Therefore, the fuel filter should be cleaned in time to ensure smooth oil flow. In the driving, a wet cloth is placed on the fuel pump, and water is sprayed regularly to keep it moist, which reduces the generation of air resistance. Once the fuel system generates air resistance, stop immediately to cool down and pull the hand pump to fill the oil circuit with fuel.
Third, the battery is deficient in water:
In summer, the temperature is high, the water in the battery electrolyte evaporates quickly, the liquid level drops rapidly, and even the electrode plate is exposed to the liquid surface, causing the battery to lose water and early damage. Therefore, in summer, the liquid level in the battery should be checked frequently, and distilled water should be added in time to ensure the normal liquid level and ensure that the battery is in good working condition.
Fourth, anti-brake failure:
Brake fluid evaporates and vaporizes in a high temperature environment, forming a gas resistance in the brake pipe, and the brake shoe is also easily ablated, causing brake failure. Therefore, in the summer, the brake system should be checked in time. During the long slope, the parking brake should be paid to ensure good braking performance. If the brake hub is found to be hot, stop the cooling, but do not pour cold water to prevent the brake hub from rupturing. .
Five, anti-car tire burst:
Summer is a season that is relatively easy to puncture. It is easy to deform the tire and reduce the tensile strength. As the tire itself, the air pressure is not standard, the tire is aging, the performance is weakened, or the tire is rolled to a hard metal or other hard things during driving, which will cause the car to suddenly burst. Therefore, the tire pressure should be appropriately reduced before exiting the car, and the temperature and pressure of the tire should be checked in time while resting while driving. If the tire temperature and tire pressure are too high, do not take the method of deflation and splashing cold water. You should choose to park in the cool place; if it is wading, you should wait for the tire temperature to be properly lowered before wading to prevent early damage of the tire.
Six, anti-lubrication:
When the temperature is high, the viscosity of the oil is lowered, and the oxidation resistance is deteriorated, resulting in poor lubrication. Therefore, in the summer, the oil quantity should be checked frequently and added or replaced in time; the oil filter and radiator should be cleaned in time to ensure the smooth flow of the oil and good heat dissipation, and try to avoid overloading the engine.
7. Damage to the anti-car paint:

FR4 G10 Epoxy Fiber Glass Parts
HONY®FR4 is a NEMA grade designation for glass-reinforced epoxy laminate material. FR-4 is a composite material composed of woven fiber cloth with an epoxy resin binder that is flame resistant (self-extinguishing).
"FR" stands for "flame retardant", and does not denote that the material complies with the standard UL94V-0 unless testing is performed to UL 94, Vertical Flame testing in Section 8 at a compliant lab. The designation FR-4 was created by NEMA in 1968.
FR-4 glass epoxy is a popular and versatile high-pressure thermoset plastic laminate grade with good strength to weight ratios. With near zero water absorption, FR-4 is most commonly used as an electrical insulator possessing considerable mechanical strength. The material is known to retain its high mechanical values and electrical insulating qualities in both dry and humid conditions. These attributes, along with good fabrication characteristics, lend utility to this grade for a wide variety of electrical and mechanical applications.
Grade designations for glass epoxy laminates are: G-10 ,G-11, FR-4, FR-5 and FR-6. Of these, FR-4 is the grade most widely in use today. G-10, the predecessor to FR-4, lacks FR-4's self-extinguishing flammability characteristics. Hence, FR-4 has replaced G-10 in most applications.
FR-4 epoxy resin systems typically employ bromine, a halogen, to facilitate flame-resistant properties in FR-4 glass epoxy laminates. Some applications where thermal destruction of the material is a desirable trait will still use G-10 non flame resistant.
