1.YC-210DLC is a Ultra high pressure pump unit driven by a diesel engine
2.The unit is composed of engine driving module, plunger pump and ultra-high pressure module, low-pressure waterway module and control module.-
3.Engine drive modules, including diesel engines, radiators, fuel tanks, etc.
4.Plunger pump and ultra high pressure module, including YC-210N three plunger pump, air pressure control valve, safety blasting diaphragm, ultra-high pressure sensor, etc.
5.Low pressure waterway airway module, including water tank, low pressure pipeline,front booster pumps, precision filter barrel, low water pressure sensor, and piston pump, gas tank, three-point conditioning combination, precision pressure regulator valve;
6.Control module is mainly different types of sensors, control boxes and control circuits.

This type of roof are used a lot for workshop with long panel.Compared with screw joint roof panel,the installation of standing seam roof panel is better.After a long time,the screw joint roof panel maybe will get rust where the screw fix,this type roof,no need to worry about that.

The final product can be cut as per set length controller,and the length is automatically measured by encoder.When final product reached set length,machine will stop to cut the sheet automatically.Finish thhis action,the machine will run again continuously
