Jiangsu Pioneer Drying R&D team introduced advanced technology. After trial and error, according to the particularity of the material, a special round pelletizer for pellet making was introduced. The machine is to put the wet particles made from the previous process into the rotating centrifugal disk, so that the wet particles are subjected to air buoyancy of the annular space, rotating centrifugal force, self gravity, and it moves in the shape of a circular rope, moving from a reasonable direction through the multi-fluid gun to the motion. The layer is sprayed into the formulation to form pellets with high sphericity, similar to the rotating fluidized bed. Typical applications: Omeprazole pellets, aspirin pellets, feed enzyme pellets, sodium sulfate pellets, compound aminophenols pellets, catalysts, compound VB2 film pellets.
