On October 22, Bloomberg quoted Chen Binbo, vice president of Honda’s joint venture in China, Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. as saying that Honda’s original plan and Dongfeng Motor started the construction of its third plant in China this year, but now The plan may be postponed until around 2017 and the target will be put into production no later than July 2018.
