Annual production of 30,000 tons of automobile casting parts put into production in Zaoyang, Hubei Province

The auto parts project invested by Zaoyang Donghuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd. with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan and an annual output of 30,000 tons was formally put into production on March 22 at Wudian Industrial Park, Zaoyang City, Hubei Province. This project mainly produces automobile casting parts, with an annual production capacity of over 30,000 tons, extending the supporting fine processing, with an annual output value of up to 300 million yuan and a profit-making tax of more than 20 million yuan.

The automobile and auto parts industry is a strategic and supportive industry that was vigorously developed during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period of the Party and Government of Zaoyang City, and it is also an important strategic layout of the “Han Shi” auto corridor determined by the provincial party committee and provincial government. At present, the city has owned more than 60 various kinds of auto parts production enterprises with an annual production value of more than 5 billion yuan.

Zou Shouwei, chairman of Donghuan, said at the launching ceremony that during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, the company plans to expand production scale and develop new products so that the company’s production capacity exceeds 100,000 tons, the annual output value reaches more than 1.5 billion yuan, and profits and taxes exceed 100 million yuan. Efforts will be made to build the largest auto parts casting company in Northwestern Hubei.
